Greg has substantial experience in appellate litigation and has briefed and argued cases before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Official Comm. of Unsecured Creditors of Great Lakes Quick Lube LP v. T.D. Invs. I, LLP, 816 F.3d 482 (7th Cir. 2016): briefed and argued case in which the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the bankruptcy court’s decision regarding a fraudulent transfer and preference claim.

Bulk Petroleum Corp. v. Kentucky Department of Revenue, 796 F.3d 667 (7th Cir. 2015): briefed case in which the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the district court’s decision regarding an award of a tax refund in the taxpayer’s favor.

Kentucky Department of Revenue v. Bulk Petroleum Corp., 136 S. Ct. 1162 (2016): successfully opposed certiorari in the United State Supreme Court in state’s appeal of an award of a tax refund in the taxpayer’s favor

Pro-Pac, Inc. v. WOW Logistics Co., 721 F.3d 781 (7th Cir. 2013): briefed case in which the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the district court’s decision regarding the defendant’s aiding and abetting of a breach of fiduciary duty.

In re Triad Group, Inc., (E.D. Wis. Feb. 14, 2014): briefed and obtained order from the district court regarding withdrawal of the reference for the transfer of pending state and federal cases over the objection of creditors.

Johnson v. LVNV Funding, (E.D. Wis. Feb. 18, 2016): briefed case in which the district court granted summary judgment in favor of consumer regarding violations of FDCPA and Wisconsin Consumer Act.
